Insight:

My former Creative Director takes daily 3pm naps and glass windows are see-through.

Idea:

Make a meme out of my Creative Director and see what happens.

Results:

The whole agency took part in Sam's meme, and all the entries were shown at the agency meeting in front of hundreds of people. Lastly, M&C Saatchi's CEO honored me with a free trip to Istanbul.
